Ficus elastica's leaves are shinnnnnnyyyyy and big! this particular cultivar was selected for its pinkish, salmonish, rubyish variegated leaves. Best coloration in brighter light. Ficus, in general, are known to drop their leaves "randomly", they usually drop their leaves when moved from a brighter area and set in a darker location...however they will produce new leaves. Try to select a spot that they can just remain there for a long time.
