'Shivereana' / 'Moonshine' produces heavy variegation with speckling of various shades of green on each leaf. Variegation looks different from leaf to leaf.
Ficus elastica's leaves are shinnnnnnyyyyy and big! this particular cultivar was selected for its colorful and variegated leaves. Best coloration in brighter light. Ficus, in general, are known to drop their leaves "randomly", they usually drop their leaves when moved from a brighter area and set in a darker location...however they will produce new leaves. Try to select a spot that they can just remain there for a long time.
