Hardiness: Keep above freezing, can dip into the freezing zone though.

Mature Size: 25-30' OUTDOORS in regions that this plant can be grown in. 

Light: Direct sun is prefered, less light = slower growth

Water: Let soil dry out, water more often during warmer months.

Not a true palm. B. recurvata will produce a caudex with looooong linear leaves that can droop down about 3-4 feet long! These plant is very slow growing even in their native habitat so have patience!
