Can grow indoors as long as you provide enough light. Not as thirsty as Colocasias but Alocasias are still does best with lots of water. Alocasia 'Frydek Variegata' features dark velvety leaves with yellow veining. Variegated patterns ranges from dark green, light green, to white Alocasias will usually only have 3 - 5 leaves per stalk at a time, can form a thicker colony.
